I use EMS and TENS every day and as a result have now used many different TENS and EMS electrodes. My conclusion on them is that they are good quality at a reasonable price. They work great on first use and are holding up well. However, on the second and third use, the stickiness wears off more than usual and the flow is noticeably weaker. I've had thicker (and slightly more expensive) pads before and I think that's the real difference. If you're on a budget this is what you want, but if you can squeeze in a few more bucks you might want a chunkier pair.
