I have struggled for a long time with the choice of a dehydrator. I used an Excalibur that I borrowed from a friend and I really liked it, but it was out of my budget at the time. The friend I borrowed it from said to me, buy once, cry once, but I still couldn't afford it at the time. So I tried to find one that felt good for a lower price. It was important to me that I found one with stainless steel shelves and a window. There were no reviews about it at the time of purchase, so it was a gamble. It arrived in perfect condition and I used it straight away. It works great and is quieter than others I've used. I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend it for the price.
