I originally received a device that did not have a wireless charging pad. I contacted their support team and Abby took care of me from A to Z. She asked me to make some changes and checked a few things when we realized it still wasn't working. She immediately offered to return the device or replace it. I chose the refill because I wanted a wireless charging pad. Very quickly she arranged delivery of the new device and contacted me immediately afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. Wow! 5 Star Customer Service Abby! And of course, the product itself works great. I love everything about it and all the few USB ports on the side are very handy. It's also pretty solid as I have a large monitor on top of the device and there's still room on the sides for my glasses and laptop.
