I have good skin so detergents are not a problem. I thought I would try this as a general cleaning, but I ended up throwing up, and I never did. I don't know why if it brings up residual oils and dirt or whatever but I had to stop using it. In addition, it is an excellent cleanser, light, refreshing and gentle.
