Good gracious! It works out! No more raccoon eyes.
Wanted for 3 years! I've moved to the hot and humid south and my face is starting to sweat before I can finish my makeup halfway through. I've tried every mascara but I still had raccoon eyes and gave up and went for the rough clumpy cover girl. At least it mostly stays in place. Finally, as a last try, I got it and I'm so happy! Not only does it stay in place, my lashes actually look longer and thicker. You know, they must look with mascara on. You'll have to use makeup remover to remove it, but it doesn't matter. Try it. You will be happy.
