Love this product! My 5 week old had a small irritated area around the buttocks and looked like it was irritated from the rubbing. We only use sensitive cloths for this. I saw an ad for another diaper lotion before I had one and based on the good reviews I decided to try this one. I use unscented natural products for myself and I want the same for my son. Not only is it easier to use, it has changed its skin in my opinion. I have ordered cotton pads to use with this product but they have not arrived yet. At the same time I use toilet paper and it works surprisingly well. Poop washes off so easily with this cream and you can see his skin remains supple and soft. He cries less when changing diapers. This cream also has a comfortable ambient temperature, unlike wipes which are cold and uncomfortable (we had a gift of heated wipes but I prefer minimal mess and they dry wipes). I will be repurchasing toilet paper and may continue to use when it runs out as we already buy it and it works great.
