Ordered this bike for my four year old for Christmas. The assembly instructions are not very clear, but if you know what you want the bike to look like, everything is fine. Unfortunately the fork was bent and I couldn't attach the front wheel. I took it to a professional bike shop for help and checked to see if I was doing anything wrong. They informed me that it was too damaged to fix. They also said that the bearings on the front wheel were badly damaged. The shop mechanic thought the damage occurred at the factory (rather than during shipping). I exchanged emails with the US representative but the process was not quick. As the holiday approaches we will be returning this bike and buying it from the store.
