Bought 8 of these bar stools for a basement bar. I opened the first one and there was no plastic lining on one of the legs. The second had large chips on the wooden parts. I collected a stool, it is uncomfortable to sit on it. The backrest rests against the round seat and delimits the seat. I'm a big guy (6-2, 250) and I felt like I fell out of my seat. My little wife didn't like how the seat felt either. The round shape of the seat also offers less available seating area than a square or trapezoidal seat. Due to poor quality woodwork and lack of slack on the legs I returned these stools after opening two. They are cheaper than most stools to be honest and I didn't have high expectations but wanted a decent seat in our bar. Disappointed, do not recommend these stools.
