Assembly was fairly easy. The tension adjustment on the side mounts holds up well after adjustment. The center bracket tightens well and holds the monitor well. The mount is solid, but since I couldn't use the clamp as my table doesn't have a ledge on the back, I had to drill a hole in the table and install it. But I'd rather put it that way. Not because the clip is badly made, we're only talking about 3 monitors here. It wouldn't hurt if he was as strong as possible. The only thing I could see as a potential problem was that when I took the parts out of the box I found 2 very small set screws on the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the screws will be used to attach the center pole to the base. If I hadn't seen them I might have thrown them away thinking they weren't sent with the other items. Set screws are used throughout to secure the elements together. These two just weren't screwed up to the end. It doesn't matter, just be sure to check every detail and detail carefully. Things like that happen. In short, it's worth it! Neat looking, well built, and although I don't have a previous shot, this mount made the table a lot cleaner and less cluttered. My workplace feels more open and comfortable.
