Do yourself a favor and buy these in a light colour! I bought them in wine and they bleed through the paint too much. I washed them before use, but when I washed the dishes the water immediately turned red. So I washed the rags three or four more times, but it made no difference. They're still dripping like crazy. They also retain the smell of whatever they wipe. They dry quickly in the dryer but not as quickly when hung up as other microfiber towels I've had. The pros are very soft and absorb well. If I had started with a different color with less chance of dye bleeds I might treat them differently but I don't want to spend money trying them again after such a horrible experience with the first set.
