It's a regular shower gel, I might even buy it with a different scent because the price is good for such a big bottle and it doesn't irritate my skin. sensitive (eczema) skin. However, I can't get rid of the smell. I love floral scents but hate this one. It doesn't smell like flowers or roses or anything good. Smells of black liquorice and a hint of mint. The smell reminds me of the liquid soap found in hospital toilets. The smell is quite strong, after rinsing it smells all over the bathroom for at least 10 minutes. Luckily the scent doesn't stay on the skin for long, after rinsing off my skin smells a bit like liquorice, but after applying the lotion it's no longer noticeable. The shower gel itself is really runny and watery, which isn't a problem. I usually put 2 pumps on the washcloth and get a light enough lather for my whole body. If you don't use a pouf or mesh you won't get much foam, without a pouf I need about 1 pump per area (e.g. 1 pump per 1 leg). I tried it and that is the main reason I bought it. I wanted something more soothing and moisturizing. While it doesn't irritate my skin or make me itch, which is a good thing, it's not a bad body wash overall, but I hate the smell and it's not that different from other body gels. irritates my skin or causes itching. Cons: Smells like black liquorice and mint and not in a good way. The scent is very strong and tends to linger on the skin. Needs a lot of foam.
