Great product, good value for money
I have just bought and installed a 16 inch unit. Although no instructions were included, installation is easy. The only tool you need is an adjustable wrench of the right size to get into the flat points of the fitting. Ball joint/adapter 1/2" in separate bag. Be careful not to cut the threads on the swivel adapter that attaches to the back of the shower head, remove the old shower head, cover the pipe with teflon tape, unscrew Open it up and tighten it This block isn't junk plastic, it's all metal and has some weight, it works great.
