This bag sat in my shopping cart for several weeks before I finally bought it. I wanted to use it as a work bag for my personal belongings, possibly a laptop, water bottle, etc. When I finally bought it I was very excited to see it and when it arrived I was very pleased. I quickly loaded my work supplies in and used it the next day. My 20 ounces. The stainless steel cup fits well in the side pocket and other items fit inside. The sizing and fabric were excellent, but after getting in and out of the main compartment a few times, I already realized the bag wasn't going to last long. The zipper was already closed a bit and didn't slide as smoothly as we would like. This is partly due to the doctor style opening as well as the poor quality zipper. I used it for another day and forced myself to make it work because I wanted it so bad. I finally decided I wanted something permanent for $40 and decided to return it. When I put it back in the box for shipping, I noticed that the gold zippers looked already tarnished after only 2 days of use, further confirming my decision to return the bag. I wanted it to work, but I'm glad I decided to bring it back in the end. I was able to get an almost full refund minus the shipping cost.
