Review on 🧼 Miele Ceramic & Stainless Steel Hob Cleaner: Enhancing kitchen surface care by Keely Simmons

After receiving the product I see the words "Do not use on bare steel or perfectly clean surfaces” on the bottle. I went to the Miele website and put in the numbers of my units and it turned out that this product is NOT compatible with them. I then called Miele USA and was told by someone in customer service (who I don't think knows the product very well) that I could use it. With what I paid for the stove and dishwasher I won't even try to use them at the risk of ruining the induction hob or the stainless steel finish. I can't imagine why Miele cleaner can't be used on Miele household appliances. I can't return it as Revain return shipping costs over $7 for a $12.95 product which doesn't make sense. Very disappointed!
