Review on Christopher Knight Home Braant Mid-Century Fabric Rocker: Stylish Grey/Light Walnut Seating Solution by Lauren Walton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Difficult to assemble. Nice chair but finally bought

Love how quickly it got to my house! It arrived within 2 days, very heavy box so be careful when you order it. Pros: - Extremely comfortable if you like a firmer seat - Large seat (my 6'1" husband fits in perfectly) - Compact so it doesn't take up much space compared to other chairs - Doesn't squeak when rocked ( we bought for newborns!) Minuses: -Very difficult instructions, nothing is clear -Are there no holes in the seat? I read reviews about this problem, but thought it was just a rotten egg, no. Our chair cushion had no holes ( should have had 6) and that made assembly very difficult. Luckily we are experienced folks and just measured where they needed to go and drilled our own holes. Very disappointing $200 chair. If we didn't have a drill we would have to return it for another. Overall: Is it worth $200? No. Is it a comfortable chair? Definitely! May I recommend? Depends on if you are willing to take the risk of a faulty chair and have the money to fix the problem yourself, or are you willing to return an already heavy product and hope the next chair ships correctly.
