Well I ordered the kit in December 2016 after looking at the reviews. It wasn't my typical brand, but I'm overseas and shipping was an issue. That's why I chose Mountaineer and I can say I'm impressed. The package got to me within ten days, which is a plus abroad. Everything was well packaged and looked great. When I opened it the beard oil cracked and spilled which wasn't perfect but other than that it was great. I called the company direct and told them what had happened and after a few minutes they said they weren't going to send any more beard oil but a whole kit. Ten days later I received another set. Your customer service has been fantastic, it's really nice to see someone behind the product who really tries to make the customer happy. I've been using the oils and balm for about two weeks and can say they are much better than my old brand. Everyone loves the scent and my beard has never felt so soft. The product is great and the customer service is even better. I know I won't be looking for beard products anymore. Great job guys!
