Moderate your expectations, this product requires kitten training to use.
The quality of the backpack is good, looks good, it doesn't matter. I'm sure a lot of people saw these things and thought how awesome it would be to take your feline friend with you wherever you go. You need to moderate your expectations as an untrained cat HATES this. It's like training with a harness, you know? You have to get the cat young enough, introduce her to her as early as possible, show her it won't hurt her, whatever. If your cat hasn't been trained to use this stretcher, she'll be furious.
