I've been using them for a few years now. I've run dozens of sheets through my printer with no problems. Good - fairly heavy paper, nice little gold frame, good colour, easy to handle and put in my printer, good value. not very good, quite good (but for the price, what do you expect?) Here are some tips: 1. Forget your Word template, do what I did - use regular printer paper and just look where you are think the names should go. and type some names in any font and color you like. 2. Print out the test on plain paper and tape it onto the Gardner sheet until you see the names match the front of the card. 3. Mark a piece of plain paper with an X at the top of the front and run it through the printer to ensure which side the names will be printed on - load Gardner in the same way. 4. Load Gardner sheets one sheet at a time - do not load multiple sheets. 5. All you have to do is use the Word template and you can change the names next time you need to print multiple cards. It's not really difficult, just a few minutes and careful manipulation of the print areas. Anyway good product for the price. When I need great looking cards, I rent a printer.
