Great customer service and adorable clogs
I ordered these clogs for my son. You are charming. However, I ordered size 11 (US) and they sent me size 26 (EU), which is a size 9. I contacted the seller and they were great. They have been replaced with the correct size 28 (EU). Amazing about makeup. They are lightweight and considering kids grow up so fast the price was reasonable. Excellent customer service! Please note that sizes are in EU and not US. Before ordering, please search for the right size and as I said, check the EU number in the details when ordering. Generally a happy customer.
