I thought I would like this item more than I actually do. It’s flimsier than I thought, but still okay. It’s not actually suitable for heavy loads though. After the first time of carrying a heavy load (jeans and shirts) the strap seams are starting to come apart. Also, when it’s heavy, the strap digs into your shoulder. I bought two of these to make going to the laundry mat easier, however I feel like I should have just gotten something with wheels instead. If this item is for a home with a washer/ dryer in the house then it’s a cute laundry bin to just have in the corner without actually needing to use the strap. I would have returned but I missed the deadline by a day.
