These fleece base layer pants are made from lightweight fleece but should provide a nice layer of warmth and insulation for cold weather outdoor activities. They fit me like 32" x 32" well, not skin tight but a bit more room. The material is 100% moderately stretchy and like the ColdPruf long sleeve shirt, I wish the leg cuffs were more elastic for a closer fit around the ankles, which don't stretch or recover, but so far they feel good. There is a regular elastic band at the waist that should hold up well. They come in the standard Army Coyote color and can be worn under uniforms, jeans, sweatpants, etc.
