Bought for my vanity mirror. Delivery was quick and the item was exactly as described. Behind the lights are attached with tape. The instructions say to cut the blue ribbon, there are perforated lines but I found it much easier to use a precision knife as they are packed very close together. There were far too many lights for my mirror and although the description says they can be turned off I was a bit nervous about trying this. I ended up turning off 6 lightbulbs and hooray! You are still working. They are very bright and will work great. I thought the brightness had two settings but I only have one. Hope they last a long time!
