I've never seen worse! Horrible purchase.
The cup is made in such a way that tea or coffee burns the upper lip! I don't know how it was designed, but it feels like the designers themselves never drank from these thermal mugs. Complete misery. In addition, after 2 years of very rare use, the rubber gasket on the lid fell off and the coffee began to leak. For such a g & vna, the cost is too high. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product. I bought another thermos, too, of them - the same squalor.
