If you are just starting out with cocktails this is a great set to start your journey. It has pretty much everything you need to start making cocktails. A pestle and bar spoon would have been better, but other than that, all the necessary accessories are included. I love the Japanese style jigger that comes with it and that's why I chose this set. It's a bit easier to handle and control than a traditional jigger. I also really like how aesthetic this set looks; it is made of stainless steel and is dark matt on the inside and has a highly reflective smooth surface on the outside. It looks stylish and will make a great addition to any home bar. The shaker itself is thin-walled, which isn't a big deal and actually preferable because it's easy to shake and break the seal. Whether you're looking for a set to start your home bar or just want to give a nice gift, this is a great set to buy. I would recommend a Boston style shaker over lidded shakers so consider this one.
