The customer support is great! They are always willing to help out if I have any questions or concerns about my account. Their website has an easy-to use interface for creating forms/surveys which makes it very convenient when doing client work. It's not much different from other software packages in this regard but they do offer some unique features such as being able to track your clients' responses online (via their dashboard). Being able to keep up with all our customers information at once can be overwhelming sometimes so having one place where we're able to access everything easily saves us time by eliminating extra steps throughout each day.
