Electric brushing is superior to a manual toothbrush.

Electric toothbrushes stimulate gums well and keep them healthy. I find this particular brush head design to be effective at both cleaning teeth and simulating gums. The bristles also signal when the head is too worn and needs to be replaced with a new one.
