They are incredibly useful
I have many of these and they are amazing. I have 8 qt (clear) polycarbonate cambros that I use for storing high volume ingredients that I buy in bulk packages like flour and sugar, but these 4 qt are perfect for the smaller quantities of products that I buy in standard packages buy from grocery stores e.g. e.g. brown. Sugar, specialty rice, chickpeas, and snack foods like pretzels. They're also great for rising bread dough, the graduations on the side help you tell when the dough has risen enough, and they're easy to clean in the dishwasher.
