sound quality is very good. Loud enough for my old ears. No noise at all. The display does not light up just by lifting the keyboard and then unevenly. However, the keyboard is good with no accidental keystrokes when you pick it up or hold it. The key action is pleasant and positive. The base is very light and will move when you pick it up. I just used some hot glue and taped it to the wall next to my desk. That's the same light. Problem solved. All in all, I like the phone for its sound quality and it's easy to hold in your hand for a long time. I have no plans to replace. this is a phone Never used caller ID. Thanks for the phone I like it.
