Review on iDatica by James Gregg

I like best the way it allows me to see all my customer's information at once and it is very easy to use. I also like how it lets you customize your reports and filter them by any criteria you want. I dislike that it does not have an option to export data in CSV format. It would be great if it allowed exporting data into csv files. I used this software to create custom reports about our customers' behavior on our website. I liked that I could easily organize everything I need to make these reports and share them with other employees in the company.
