The overall product is acceptable for the price I paid, but there are obvious flaws. When the trigger extensions were on my controller the triggers stopped responding and removing the extensions just broke them and rendered them unusable again. The silicone case doesn't fit my controller very well and the grips, like most racquets I've bought, have been dropped a few times during a game.
