Excellent training tool
My 13 year old daughter says it has made practicing her serve a lot easier. Instead of chasing the volleyball after each pitch, it bounces back to her. I've tried it myself a few times and you definitely need to keep an eye on it because it's shooting straight at you. But even my older kids enjoy using it to learn how to serve and have learned to be ready to catch its return.
