Whether it happened or not I would have gotten insurance

I'll start by saying maybe I was unlucky and got a defective set but I'm not sure. Pros: So these things sit really well in my ears straight away. They look pretty good and the sound quality is there. The charging case charges them up pretty quickly, which is great. Cons: Battery life isn't as long as advertised, I get about 7 hours before they tell me the battery is low. You can't charge the earbuds while charging the case, which is annoying. My final complaint is that the volume randomly changes from a soft whisper to an earache when the batteries get low.
