This is perfect for newborns. My newest granddaughter came home from the hospital all wrapped and warm in it. For parents that have swaddling issues this is ideal. First it’s adorable! second it has velcro attachments, no fumbling for a tight swaddle. you can make this cozy or a bit looser. There is a flap attached at the legs to cover the belly/chest area depending how long your baby is, that velcro to the inside of the swaddle. Then there is the adorable hood and burrito like swaddle in front ! Another easy yet larger velcro closure. The baby kept warm and would also use it for nighttime sleeping. Love it!
