What I like best is the ability to have a single source of truth for both the translation and the localization. I like the ability to manage releases and to update a translation in the same place. It is easy to train new people. The process of adding new languages is a little bit tricky. I like the interface, it is very easy to navigate. It is also a very good tool for small teams. I'm using it with a team of less than 10 people. It is a tool that is easy to use and manage. Our main use case is to be able to translate our apps in multiple languages. I really like the fact that we can use the same system to manage the translations. It is also easy to share tasks to people outside the company so that we can ensure a quick response. I like how easy this tool was for me to use as well as my teammates who were working with us on our project. The only dislike we had at this point is there are no in house training videos which would be great. We used this software mostly for translation into Chinese but not just that, we also did some work with Spanish language. This allowed us to have all of these different languages translated so easily without having someone locally translate them.
