The strangest thing about this blanket to me is that it's noisy. I decided to purchase it after reading the reviews on here and was shocked that it was under $100 as duvets are notoriously expensive, especially when made with real goose down. While this duvet contains real goose down, the fabric itself is terrible. It's very, very stiff and literally makes a grinding noise when it moves. So, so strange. Washed and dried twice, no improvement. I'm keeping it because I needed a blanket that I didn't care for very much so I could take it on a hike and not worry about it getting messy and messy. I wouldn't recommend it if you're used to your bedspreads not making a sound when you move them, or if your comforter is generally soft.
