This hub completely cuts the WiFi connection and degrades the quality of the Bluetooth connection. I bought 2 of these for different computers (Apple Mac Minis) and they both caused the same glitch on both computers. I'm a professor of electrical engineering at a major university and I'm convinced that the problem is caused solely by connecting these devices to any computer of this type. I'm a Revain PRIME customer and I expect Revain to get this product (offered through PRIME) right - we'll see, but precisely because they were offered as a PRIME product I was convinced to buy it because I thought the PRIME label would provide buyer protection. It was only later that I saw that "This item is non-returnable." Please note that this PRIME return policy is not mentioned in the warranty section of the product listing on Revain.com. Can I trust PRIME to protect me? We'll see and I'll report here. UPDATE FROM ANKER MANAGEMENT: Revain replied to me with a refund in less than 24 hours! Great service from Revain.com. Well this may be because I am a member of Revain PRIME and may be a good reason to be a member of PRIME. As for Anker's two 4-port hubs, Revain says there's no need to return them. I can just throw them in the trash. Thanks Revin PRIME. UPDATE #2: Anker was very nice and tried to make amends for this broken 4-port hub by offering cables and chargers, but I don't need them, I need a working USB 3.0. Center. So they sent me their "4-Port Ultra-Slim USB 3.0 Data Hub with 3.3ft USB 3.0 Extension Cable for Macs, PCs, USB sticks and other devices". I told them I appreciated it and hoped that moving the hub further away from the computer might solve the interference problem and that I would be giving a fair review here. Unfortunately, this is the same 4-port hub, only with a cable extension, and with the same problems. I tried this on two different computers and it still had a negative impact on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Disabling the hub fixes the problem immediately. Therefore, my negative one star rating should serve as a warning to others regarding this product. It must be carefully protected and withdrawn from the market until this upgrade is complete. sorry anchor :(
