Assuming they are Chinese I ordered the adult plus size and they came with the appropriate markings but they would not fit any American adult size I know of. I wear medium sized American briefs, I'm straight like most dancers (ex-dancer in my case - I'm long retired) - waist only 2 inches less than hips - and not huge at the bottom. Holding the pair in front of me, I could only pull the belt halfway from one thigh to the navel. At best they fit a 12 year old child. They looked beautiful (cotton/spandex fabric), well sewn, order was taken care of promptly. Just watch the size.
