Great shorts for boys! Based on the reviews I was attached but wasn't necessary. They were too big. My son is 8 years old, thin but average height. Approximately 4'2", 56 lbs. Small pants fit well and allow room for growth. Good pockets. Thin but durable material, just what we wanted. He wears them every day. He has his own shirt I wash up cool and dry on low no problem bought another set for my grandson and there too without any problems he is almost 7 and i bought him an x-small.
