I had high hopes for Neutrogena Eye Perfector because I got miraculous results with the first and only other Neutrogena product I used (Hydro Gel Cream). Skin). But without concealer I have quite dark and swollen circles under my eyes and unfortunately just as dark and swollen circles. I also found that the lightest color, blonde, was quite dark for really fair skin. I'm 73 and my dermatologist told me that age is bad for fair skin, so maybe that's part of the problem. Anyway, this product was useless for me. At least it wasn't as expensive as cosmetics.
