The shelves were upside down (the puck indentations were on the underside of the shelves)
They blatantly screwed up my cabinet, but I was too annoyed to have to send something so large back to them. I'm stuck with an indentation-less cabinet, and the pucks roll around a little, but it looks pretty good I guess.
- I loved it lets see what my grandson says when he gets it for Christmas.
- The rack may not hold a sufficient amount of pucks for serious collectors with large collections
