For the price paid this bedspread was exactly what I was looking for. My bed is quite high so the duvet doesn't reach the floor. It's a better size than most, although the measurements were listed in the description so I knew it would at least cover the wooden side rails. The fabric I prefer is cotton, but I can't pay three times that much. It's polyester, which makes it fairly soft and lightweight, but don't expect the richness of cotton. I turn it off at night and don't use it as a blanket. I washed it before use and it came out of the dryer in perfect condition. Very nice design, packaging and delivery on top! I gave five stars because it's exactly what I expected.
