Great sound. Used in conjunction with my tablet. Incorrect operating information attached to the speaker. I had to go online to find out how to work. Haven't connected via Bluetooth yet. It looks like the device needs to be turned on before you connect the audio output to your hearing aid, otherwise there is no output. My device took some time (more than 15 minutes) to connect to the network before it turned on. The suspected internal battery must first be charged with AC power for some time before the device turns on. Even with it plugged in, mine wouldn't turn on and I was in the process of packing it up for return when a last-ditch effort brought it back to life. Once charged, the battery life is satisfactory for my use. Initial issues aside, I am happy with my purchase and will purchase more as needed.
