Not for the faint of heart. Very cheap and looks good.

I have an Asus computer with 32 CDs. This is an i5 6400. The motherboard is LGA 1151. I have removed both sides of the case. On the side that I had to insert into the mount was a solid metal sheet. Oh boy. So I removed all the screws from the logic board and then lifted the logic board high enough to put a piece of metal under the logic board. Another problem is that the power plug has 3 pins instead of 4 like the original. So what does that mean? The fourth pin is for the temperature sensor that controls the fan speed. Therefore, the default speed is fast. Maybe that's why someone said it was a bit noisy. The push pin method is much quicker to install. So, after removing the old fan and placing the bracket under the motherboard. I cleaned the processor with isopropyl alcohol. About the tip. Use a coffee filter to prevent lint from getting on the processor. I didn't remove the processor, I just made sure the coffee filter wasn't soaked with alcohol. It dries very quickly. Then I installed a fan. I had to use a bit of force to get the screws deep enough to hook the bracket. Also make sure you are grounded by touching a metal object on the case. That was my installation history. I would recommend that you look at your computer beforehand and make sure the other side of the motherboard is easily accessible. If so, then it's an easy install. If your computer is the same as mine, it will require more work. The total time it took me was about 1 hour.
