I liked the length. I didn't like that it stopped working. I haven't had it for 2 months. I plug it in and my phone starts blinking between charging and not charging. I thought I read somewhere that they held on to their ropes. I'll let you know if this is true or not based on the answer I get. Update: Not only do Vtech stand behind their products, they clearly care about their customers. It took them less than a day not only to contact me but also to replace my cable twice. Yes, they sent me two cables. It's rare that a company goes out of its way to make a customer happy after a sale. I'll be back in a few months. If the cords work for more than 2 months I will definitely add a 5th star. LATEST UPDATE Just added 5th star. Both cables worked great.
