False Advertisement

I bought two just in case, but they only made one arc. Mine were supposed to come with leaves but they weren't sent. There were no instructions either, so I looked up how to make a balloon arch on YouTube and used string instead of the weird glue and transparent vine that it came with. Basically, you only pay for balloons of different sizes and colors. Everything else is on your own. I also recommend buying a pump.
