Bought this for my cats for Christmas. To be honest what you see in the photos is what you get. I am very happy with it and it is exactly as I imagined. The bottom is a little super thick but very roomy so you can probably add some padding or a pillow if you like. It's soft and will break if one of my cats jumps in, but it springs back pretty quickly. I'd like to say that Lois and Clark love it and always use it, but not yet. However, I believe this is not the manufacturer's fault, it is my cats' fault. They're scumbags.
