The shoes are heavy. It's not the perfect training shoe. Probably over half a size. I do not recommend using this casual athletic shoe.

- I have bought so many different versions of this shoe, this is my favorite for style and comfort.
Cons
- Shoes may not be durable enough to withstand heavy use or rough terrain.
