I like that it allows me access anywhere in my org so i dont have to go back into the app each time if im doing something specific within an area or sub system.

Also its very easy to use compared to other systems ive used over the years. It could be more user friendly when you first logon but once u get past this stage everything else works well enough. For our organization we needed some kind of way to see how many users were logged onto what apps at any given point during their shift while also being able to check who was using which application/subsystem etc via groupings and drill down capabilities.
