I was skeptical at first because I only knew of the traditional 'hot comb' that can be used on a ceramic or domestic hob. I didn't realize that this portable comb would heat up to the right temperature to straighten my hair. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations. I have 4C/B hair and am very happy with this product. Reasonable price, convenient, works!
