Smaller than I expected

I was looking for a med size purse and thought that the zippers on the ends unzip to allow the purse to get wider but they are just for looks.
It’s a cute and I kept it

It seemed it was bigger but it's not. Couldn't use it so I'm returning it.

Beautifully made shoulder bag, however, had to return it as it was too small. Wish they made it bigger as I would have purchased it in a large size had it been available.
